Welcome to Taste Factory. We are committed to delivering premium chocolates, confectionery, biscuits, chewing gums, and snack products in the best possible condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order through Taste Factory.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of edible and food-related products, Taste Factory generally does not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

However, we may offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The package was tampered with before delivery

  • The product received is expired

  • The item is missing from your order

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Brief explanation of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once the complaint is reviewed and approved, Taste Factory may:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer store credit

  • Process a refund through the original payment method or bank transfer

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders reported after the allowed timeframe

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless defective

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Delivery Responsibility

Taste Factory is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
